This boy slays me... guess what the first thing out of his mouth was this morning. Today we'll get a Fanta! The elephant never forgets.
It is Marine week in St. Louis. By the Arch there are all kinds of gear and Marine stuff, like helicopters, tanks, oozies or some such big guns, videos, and lots of very buff handsome young men.
We had planned to go on a Mississippi River Boat ride today, but the river has overflowed its banks, so no more river cruises.
We took the ferris wheel type ride up the inside of the Arch and it was kind of... claustrophobic. Jack just went along for the ride... no hesitation... no complaints. The day is clear, so we got a great view. We could see inside the empty baseball stadium.
